Who we are

We are a team of 30 in Chitwan who turn flat sheets of tinplate into packaging people keep, and every tin we make carries one brand only: yours

Too often, producers end up choosing between plain containers with a paper sticker, or printed tins ordered from far away with long waits and little control over the result. We built Euro Metal Packaging to offer a third way: well-made, fully printed tins from a factory in your own country, run by people you can call, visit and hold to their word.

From a 50-gram spice canister to a 15-litre oil tin, we handle the whole job under one roof: artwork set-up, coating, printing, cutting, forming, checking and packing. You send the idea, approve a sample, and receive tins that are ready to fill.

Printed on metal

Paper labels tear, fade in the sun and peel off oily tins. We print straight onto tinplate, building your artwork up colour by colour and sealing it under a baked, glossy finish that lasts as long as the tin does.

  1. Tinplate. Coated steel sheet, the base of every tin.
  2. Cyan, magenta, yellow. Your colours, built up one ink at a time.
  3. Key. Sharp logos, text, ingredients and barcodes.
  4. Varnish. A hard, glossy coat that protects the print.

Quality you can check

Six checks between the steel sheet and your shelf

A tin is only as good as its weakest seam. These are the checks every order goes through before it leaves Khairahani.

  1. Tinplate checked on arrival

Sheets are inspected for thickness, scratches and rust before they enter the line.

  2. Colour approved on sample

Your colours are matched and signed off on a real tin, not just on screen.

  3. Print baked hard

Printed sheets are oven-cured so the finish resists scratches and handling.

  4. Seams and lids tested

Bodies, bottoms and lids are checked for a tight, even fit before packing.

  5. Dents and marks removed

Damaged pieces are taken out of the batch, so only clean tins reach you.

  6. Packed for the road

Tins are packed in cartons to survive rough roads and hill deliveries.

Why metal packaging

Why good brands are moving from plastic to tin

Plastic is cheap until the product spoils, the pouch splits on a hill road or the brand disappears on a crowded shelf. Tin protects what is inside and sells what is outside.

Keeps products fresh

Metal blocks light, air and moisture, which spoil ghee, oil, tea and spices.

Survives the journey

Tins stand up to stacking, rough roads and hill transport far better than plastic or card.

Sells on the shelf

A fully printed tin looks premium and makes your brand easy to spot in a busy shop.

Reused & recycled

People keep good tins for storage, and steel can be recycled again and again.

How ordering works

From first call to filled shelves, in five steps

You make two decisions: send the brief, then approve the sample. We handle everything in between and keep you updated along the way.

  1. 01

    Share your brief

Tell us the product, size, quantity and send your logo or artwork. A sample tin or a photo helps too.

You: Fill the quote form or call us.

  2. 02

    Artwork & sample

We prepare the print layout for the tin and make a sample. You check colours, text and fit.

You: Approve the sample or ask for changes.

  3. 03

    Coating & printing

Tinplate sheets are coated, printed in your brand colours and baked so the print stays hard and glossy.

You: Nothing. We keep you updated.

  4. 04

    Cutting & forming

Printed sheets are cut, rolled into bodies, joined and fitted with bottoms and lids.

You: Nothing. Ask for progress any time.

  5. 05

    Checking & delivery

Each batch is checked for print, dents and lid fit, packed safely and sent to your factory or warehouse.

You: Receive your tins, ready to fill.

In our customers' words

Brands that changed to our tins rarely change back

Names and brands are withheld at our customers' request.

We used to wait weeks for tins from across the border. Now we drive to Khairahani, check the sample with our own hands and leave with a delivery date.

Questions & answers

Everything buyers ask us before ordering

Nine honest answers to the questions we hear most. Still unsure? Call +977 980-7222914.

What is the minimum order quantity?

It depends on the size and how many colours are printed. Tell us your quantity in the quote form and we will tell you straight away if it works, or suggest the closest option.

Can you print our existing logo and design?

Yes. Send your artwork as AI, PDF, CDR or a high-resolution image. If you only have a logo, tell us and we will discuss how to lay it out on the tin.

Are your tins safe for food like ghee and honey?

Food tins are made with an inner coating chosen for the product. Tell us exactly what goes inside, such as ghee, oil, honey or dry food, so we can specify the right one.

Can I see a sample before the full order?

Yes. We make a sample for you to check the size, print and lid before production starts. You can also visit our factory in Khairahani, Chitwan.

How long does an order take?

Timing depends on quantity, size and whether the artwork is ready. We give you a clear timeline with your quote, and keep you updated during production.

Do you deliver outside Chitwan?

Yes, delivery to other parts of Nepal can be arranged. Mention your location in the quote form and we will include delivery in the price.

What details do you need to give me a quote?

Four things help most: what goes inside the tin, the size or fill weight, a rough quantity, and your logo or artwork. If you are unsure about any of them, send what you have and we will guide you through the rest on a call.

Can you match our exact brand colours?

Send your Pantone or CMYK references, or a printed sample you are happy with. We match the colours as closely as tinplate allows and show you the result on the sample tin before anything goes into production.

Can we reorder the same tin later?

Yes. We keep the size, lid and print details of every approved order on file, so a repeat order comes out the same as the first. Just call us with your previous order details.
